ODHH Series 2 flute high helix end mill designed for aggressive metal material rates in aluminum and non-ferrous materials. The high polished cylindrical margin helps to produce great finishes. Available from 1/8 to 1” diameter in stub, standard, medium, long, and extra long length of cut. Stocked uncoated.

ODAL Series 3 flute high performance end mill designed for aggressive metal material rates in aluminum and non-ferrous materials. The material specific geometries in addition to the polished OD cylindrical margin makes this series an excellent choice in non-ferrous materials. Available from 1/8 to 1” diameter in stub, standard, medium, long, and extra long length of cut. Wiper flats added upon request. Stocked with Zirconium Nitride coating.

ODEV4 Series 4 flute high performance end mill designed for high metal removal rates in steels, high temp alloys and titanium. The variable index and lead decreases chatter and harmonics allowing it to wear slower and last longer in your spindle. The raised land eccentric relief adds edge strength for added performance in tough to machine materials. Available from 1/4 to ¾ diameter in stub and standard length of cut. Available square end or with a radius. These tools are stocked with ALCRN coating.

ODCT Series 2 and 4 flute chamfer tools designed for deburring and chamfering in grooves or holes. Available from ¼ to ½ diameter. They are stocked uncoated.

We can manufacture end mills to customer specific specifications with a fast turn around. We can manufacture end mills with various diameters, helix angles, length of cut and or geometries specific to a particular application at a reasonable price. We like to call them special standards.
