Our attention to quality is followed by our conscientious employees, many of whom have over twenty years of experience, and factory training. In addition, our fleet of well-maintained CNC grinding machines produce cutting tools to great accuracy and most importantly with superb consistency.
SolidWorks 3D custom blueprints are produced for all tools to be manufactured. Customer interface including providing prints for approval prior to proceeding assures the customer’s expectations are met.
All measuring tools are calibrated within documented date requirements. The inspection of the tools either manufactured or reconditioned, are checked with various pieces of equipment. A partial list includes: Zoller Genius 3 CNC tool measuring machine, (capable of storing documentation for electronic transfers to the customer), J&L comparators, concentricity gages including Rollomatic, Universal Punch, and Ultra Prazision. The concentricity gages check T.I.R. (total indicator runout) and are stationed at every machine. In addition Nikon microscopes are utilized for close visual inspection.
